This is our Animatic to time the camera moves and general motion.

For our initial idea, we would like to start with a video of someone finishing a 2D drawing of the tortoise and hare race. When the hand finishes the last bit of the drawing, the 2D drawing will pop up into 3D, and the hare will take off running. It will cut back and fourth between the hare speeding and the turtle taking tiny slow steps. The hare will run into a wall and turn back into a 2D drawing. It will then cut back to the tortoise who will look at the camera and smile.
